The Physics of Eternity Recent evidence points to an open universe, where time might run forever. If we take the current laws of physics, and run things forward, what could we see of the far future? We find some predictions out to 10**15 years are fairly robust. Going further, to 10**100 years, we can make some guesses. Beyond this point, prediction gets difficult.
