• Click on Meeting Planners in the toolbar at the bottom of the page
• Click on Attend a Meeting at the bottom of the page.
• Enter Whistler, British Columbia.
• Enter Meeting Code: 1754 and then click "Continue".
• Choose The Westin Resort & Spa
• The Westin Resort & Spa should be the only property listed. Now click "Select"
• The Meeting Code appears with the property information and you may choose your dates and preferences. Once these field are entered please click "Continue".
• Please select your room type (if available) ensuring that you review the rate details. Click "Continue".
• Enter all required fields and click "Continue".
• Review your reservation. Confirmation appears at the end and we also offer an email confirmation

Reservation requests received after 5:00pm local time at the Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

All room rates are exclusive of applicable provincial and local taxes, currently 17%. The above rates will be offered starting May 29, 2004 to June 12, 2004 for the KR/NMR/DL/ICAPS Conference Series group.

Cancellations within 3 days of the arrival date will be charged the full stay of the original reservation. A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to hold each individuals reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the final night of the reserved stay.

Accommodations are standard and deluxe rooms. A major credit card is required upon booking. 1 room night deposit will be taken on credit card at time of booking. Cancellations outside of 30 days of arrival forfeit CAN$32.10 administration charge. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit full payment room and tax.
