All conference participants are responsible to arrange their own accommodation.

We have holding agreements for conference accommodation with:

• University of Alberta Conference Services: There are several types of rooms available at various rates (for details, see here). To make a reservation, use this form. The holding agreement ends April 1, 2009.
• Campus Tower Suite Hotel: For reservations, call (780) 439-6060, and mention Laufest 2009. The release date for the rooms is April 11, 2009.
